Answer from the two selections given from the person above you. Ask your own with two options. Can be serious or funny. Keep it clean, get creative  :D

Ill start with the original (and pretty much best ever) "would you rather"...
Would you rather:

Slide down a 50 foot razor blade into a pool of alcohol
or
Suck all the snot out of a dog's nose until its head caves in?
