Title: [SPOILERT] Strange hidden creature in underground Hidden?

Today I was chatting with someone on Skype while he was playing WaDF, and at some point he sent me a picture of a strange creature he had discovered in underground Hidden.

(creature is circled in red)

I couldn't see the creature at all, so I copied it to Photoshop and performed Auto Levels on it...

you probably could have found it with brightness and contrast tweaking...
as for what it is, it's probably just a random atmospheric thing

Its not actually a creature. I think its supposed to be a puff of smoke or something like that.
If you look around, there are similar dots all over the place, so its not really anything secret.

There was a topic just like this before, pretty much. But nobody had tried fiddling with the image. Yeah, there's a bunch of those that appear all over. They're just little wispy things to add atmosphere.

I have always thought of that as some sort of bug related to the particle effect that makes up the little star's trail.

I noticed while hovering horizontally back and forth through the last sky section (as you do) that when you move between screens having left a horizontal line, the dots appear in line with your line on the next screen. So yeah, probably a particle effect glitch  :) I just like making PONTO more right.

I should explore this more, it's fun.
