Since it seems that people are lost in this game here are the guide of R-type almost pi

The game its really short in context, there are no levels or upgrades, you only have to do do the next:

• Press A,S. otherwise you will lost for "Failing at sync with the music"
• Don't press 8. you lose for some weird reason ("Press 8 a lot" is just a booby trap  <_<)
• Anything else is not needed since you cant really die in damage

also there are Negative and Positive mode, you can difference negative and positive with the upper bar

the difference between the modes is the music and the fact that in negative mode the background flashes
Theres nothing different with the gameplay
To get negative mode you have to collide with the "ships" and meteors
To get to positive mode you should:

• Make whatever the "popups" says at least that you cant (Ex:Press waterkey)
• Shoot at the "ships" with space and make whatever it says at least that you cant (Ex:use boost or press Alt+F4)
• When you are in a meteor field press two of the letter on the grid a lot (Like MZMZMZMZMZ)

Positive mode don't affect gameplay,ending or stats, but looks like accomplishing something.
Well, that's all, oh and you cant beat the chess game so press A and then Q  :P.
