Hows this -  try to get from one side of "hidden" to the other without touching ANY walls. Its not too difficult

Obviously you will need "Hidden" to do this

Not too difficult? I can barely get past that width one passage near the beginning.

Line yourself up above it then do a controlled fall. thats how I did it at least. The corners are tricky though.

all you need to do is tap the arrow keys, just tap them, and if you went too fast, tap the reverse

Correct. If you tap and hold, you go way too fast to do finiky controlling.

Also, how would "Hidden" mean the practice area?

That was really easy... I got it on my first try...
