I like shift 3 the best, but the concepts in shift 4 were cool.

Since when is Portal the first game to use the player-as-test-subject concept? :/portal invented the concept of "playing along", you finding out about other test subjects, then they try to kill you and then you escape and run away and then... yeah. I won't ruin everything.
