this might be a silly idea or the wrong section. (i thought about putting this in forum games but it feels a bit too earnest for there) but...
it seems like a good time just to ask how everyone's doing, and say that even if the answer's 'not good', that's ok.

So, I'm stuck here:

Anyone got any tips? I can't actually figure out a way across.  The save with easy mode is on my computer, and i'm on my laptop for a week, so I can't even remember what the ordinary solution is.  But, beautiful game.  Funny thing, at times i'm playing it i get really involved in the atmosphere etc, but at others I can't relate to the featureless ball, and it's just a pretty puzzle game.

I'd just like to know what the 'certain Nintendo 8-Bit game' is.  The only nes block game I can think of off the top of my head is flipul, and yet this game is so eerily similar in gameplay and the visual mood it evokes to another indie gem 'lyle in cube sector', even down to the spiral blocks, that I'm certain IT had the same inspiration too.  Which makes me want to find and play this nes game.  Anyone able to learn me?

Or even in messages if such is enabled, while we're on the topic? At the moment i'm doing this, except without the spaces,  which results in nothing.  It worked on some other forum.
