Title: Help with missed items and screens? (spoilers to be sure)

Yeah so I've finished the game and I've spent like an extra two hours trying to find all of the stuff I missed. So I decided to ask for some help! I actually have a lot of questions...

I can not, for the life of me find how to get in the areas marked on the map.
Then there are the items? I don't know what to do with the spheres and pyramids and I'm missing the bottom left piece of the puzzle. Whatever is in the two places next to the map I can't find either. Last one is the disorder stone farthest to the right

Wow that was a lot more questions than I thought it would be... Any help with any of them would be really appreciated!

Spoiler: Bottom Left (click to show/hide)

You enter it from above. Look for a secret passage on the right wall of that pit, one screen above the bottom, if I am not mistaken.

You enter it from below. You have to use the green powerup a couple of screens below.

Spoiler: hint (click to show/hide)

No need to use the ball. Just be clever about how you use the green powerup

Spoiler: Solution (click to show/hide)

1. Grab the powerup and wait.
2. Wait for it to regenerate.
3. Activate it and, as you fly upwards, grab a new instance.
4. Once it's over, you should have a second one. Activate it and you'll be able to reach the top.

Once you reach that screen on the right you should be able to figure out what to do with these.

Actually, I found that it's easier to get into the bottom left by using a blue flower from that room where you were searching for Bluestone.  Try using that.

Alright I think I've gotten almost everything I hadn't already got, plus I managed to find

while doing it! Thank you so much for your help, you gave me just enough info, so it didn't take any of the fun out of it!
