The Evil. Song. Warnning, ear bleeding inside.

Hi,

So I made this song for my upcoming game "Wonder: The Evil".
The song is called "The Evil", how original. :P
I think it's got a nice melody and I am satisifed with the "form" of the song. The problem is that the sound ended up extremly dirty.
I should note that my game is trying to have an 8-bit kind of feeling. That means pixel art with very big pixels. So I thought to make the music with 8-bit era synthesizer.
However, I don't remember old consoles music sound so bad. Maybe I didn't create the drum instrument right, that is why it is so noisy.
The software I use is Mod2PSG2 for composing the music and exporting into VGM. And I was AudioOverload64 to turn the VGM into a wav file(Also, I can't control the tempo when converting to the wav).

The file is a zip file of a wav, if you can recommend me how to(legaly) turn my wav file into something more compressed, I will be glad to get this tip.
