Would that work for making COs? It makes sprite sheets and stuff.

it probably would but it would need to be able to export as a .png and show all the frames in order along with transparancy and such

Any ordinary sprite sheet will work as a CO with some simple modifications, specifically that it needs to be converted to a transparent PNG.
