Knytt Stories / umbrella not going when flaged it off

In the level 'frozen mountains 2' i finished level two 'dream falling' using cheat mod. I went through a shift which will flag of my umbrella. my umbrella was open and when I went through the shift, it was still there! but when I looked at my power list it was not there!,and I couldn't close it. it disapeard when I died!
