I have a large collection of old Knytt Stories levels I've gathered over the years. Some date as far back as the old forums era. I've decided to create a torrent with all these levels on it. Feel free to download it and try them out yourself.

Note: I've been suffering from a bad case of shiternet over the last month, so expect inconsistency in the downloading process. Also note that I am using an ADSL connection and it might be slow at times.

I'll try my best to keep uTorrent up at nights. Although I can't promise anything beyond that, I assure you that I will not close the torrent before 1.2GB were uploaded. This torrent can and will stay alive as long as other people will seed it, so, for the love of god,
SEED!

If you have any kind of a decent torrent program, it should display a ratio for each torrent. If it doesn't, simply calculate it yourself: Divide how much you've uploaded by how much you've downloaded. Is the result lower than 2? Keep on seeding!

Knytt Stories Level Previews / [Challenge][???]Knytt Lab #076

So here's the story: Usually, I'm against level previews. They tend to work the same way as game trailers, for the bad and for the good. But this time, I am going for over a month, which means I won't be able to work further on this level for a while. That also means that I can't reply to whatever you write to me in this thread. I am going in less then three hours.
ANYWAY
Knytt Level #076 started out as a small experiment to see how do some Knytt Stories concepts I had in mind work. I've made a custom, VERY basic tileset and started playing around with the mechanics. This turned out to be a very fun level to play and create. I decided to start over with a fresh level and a fresh storyline inspired by the first level in Half Life 1.
The result is Knytt Lab #076.
It is nowhere near done yet, but that's, for once, not because of my laziness. Knytt Lab #076 is intended to be a meta-level with at least a full hour of gameplay. It'll be the home of many tiny levels I've made and never published (including the original Knytt Lab #076 I've described in the previous paragraph).

Obviously, since this level is composed of both pre-made old levels of mine and newly made screens created just for Knytt Level #076, the quality of the environments may vary throughout the level.
I have no idea how big this level will be. I plan to have at least 6 "courses", with a 7th one as an ending to the level. Right now I've only finished most of the lab and about 80% of the first course, and it's already big enough to be considered as at least "medium". Wish me luck!

Knytt Stories Level Releases / [Challenge][Easy]Generic Level

One day during literature class I got very bored and started drawing an imaginary Knytt Stories level. As time went by, and the lesson became even more boring, I noticed that the level I've created is actually pretty decent. I started working on it as soon as I got home.
Today, after about 2 weeks of very lazy development, the level is finished and ready to be published. I call it "generic level" because it's a very basic level: No new mechanics, no interesting gimmicks, no exploits of the level editor, just plane old-school Knytt Stories with some custom music and maybe a tileset or two.

I'm very (very) bad at drawing pixel art, and since i can't find a "Post your tilesets!" forum or thread around here, i'm asking if there is a site or something that has lots of custom tilesets that i could use in my levels.

I haven't been in this forum and haven't played the game for almost 3 years. I only returned here once for a day cuz' i was bored so i created a little level.
Just surfed around Youtube when i encountered an old Knytt Stories video, and then i thought to myself "Hmm.... I wonder what happened in time i was gone"
So... Tell me. Is the community still alive? Is Nifflas still making new games? Gaia has finally reached its completion? Are the old awesome creators (like Drakkan) still here?
