I've played this tune for someone who is dealing with their fears. This tune is helping them to emotionally process the things that are causing the fears. Its a short song, but the end result is so good, I just had to share it. I've got permission to do so from the person for whom I played this tune as long as I don't disclose information about whom this tune refers to.
I hope you enjoy this short tune as much as I do. :)
Any comments always appreciated. :)
And a link in case somehow you can't see the soundcloud flash app: https://soundcloud.com/lpchip/dont-be-afraid

No one? :o
-
Uh, I don't see an attachment or video to the song...?
It'd be useful if you stuck that in there :P
-
There's a big Soundcloud flash thingy in there, with an orange play button.
-
Hmm... Based on the awefully lot reactions, I doubt people can see the flash thingy.
Here's the url: https://soundcloud.com/lpchip/dont-be-afraid

It's nice! The embedded player doesn't work on my tablet, which meant I had to remember this topic exists at a time when I was at a computer, which accounts somewhat for the delay.
-
Ah okay. :) I added a link now, so you can use the soundcloud player to play it on your tablet as well. :)

I like it. Emotionally, the song is hard to pin down. I guess that's what makes it good for someone who is processing their feelings.
The Sound Cloud object only works when 3rd-party cookies are enabled. It wasn't like this before.
-
Oh, thats good to know. It always works for me though, but I'll edit the soundcloud BB code, to always include a link.
And glad you like it. I am really proud of this song. :) Worked out really well.

That's a really nice song. I'll definitely come back to it if I ever have to deal with some big fear (and I hope it's going to work :P).

Thanks ixMarcel. :) A few people I know have actually been able to calm down from a frightful event after listening to this song, so it really seems to help. In one particular instance, someone got really scared from a song from pokemon, where it uses binaural beats to induce fear. To me it is just plain annoying because it sounds so wrong, so I turned off the sound, but I can imagine it would cause fear.

As always, amazing job, LPChip. It's beautiful, and it's very hard to deny that it's incredibly soothing, almost like a lullaby to someone dear. I thank you for this; I can imagine it's something to refer back to when stressed or worried about the future. :)

Thanks BloxMaster. I appreciate your kind words. :)
