T: There are many of these. I will follow the power lines from the generator.
1) BLUE: Select a switch to flip it. Flip the two lower switchs, then the top left.
2) BLUE: Flip the one leading to the 0, then flip the top, then the leftmost.
3) BLUE: Flip the tow that don't have power. Then the highest, then the one furthest right.
4) BLUE: Flip the lowest switch. Then flip and unflip each of the other three actives in turn. Flip the lowest, then one row above that, and finish with the one one row above that.
1) RED: Select two pieces to swap them. This circuit makes a loop. Like a 'q'
