Something cool I helped make for work.

Ok, just showing off.  Here is my RL job.  I got to do the grinding and polishing for this stainless steel scroll work.  Each scroll is about 6 feet from end to end.  It's at a casino in Biloxi Mississippi.  It was a fun job; we usually do handrails, counter tops, and misc architectural stuff, but very little that is quite this cool.

I want a job where I get to make cool shiny things like that instead of stamping and folding documents :P
does it pay well? is it physically demanding? XD

Pays pretty darn good, once you've worked your way up the ladder, though I'm not getting rich.  Very physically demanding.  Dirty and in a non-AC building (our summers have at least 3 100 degree weeks).

Wow, that's very pretty. <3

I have always admired folks who can make neat things in Real Life, rather than just in art. Metalworking is especially cool, and I love curvy designs like this.

Now to make the six medallions for Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of time...

Joking, that is a good design (Although it would be cool if the six medallions were made)
