Okay, hey, so, you guys. Nifflas just sent over something he's been working on for a round of testing. He told me somewhat explicitly to not tell anyone. Subtle hints were allowed, but nothing more. :shifty:

But I sorta couldn't hold it back from you good folks, so here's Nifflas' latest magnum opus; Type (http://niffpage.greywool.com/files/Games/Type.exe). C)p

It'll most likely get its own subforum soonish, consider this a treat for you early birds. ;)

I would say that this is more difficult than other Nifflas stuff, although I thought it was an interesting concept.

Actually, it's just a random idea. I won't expand it or anything, and I could probably do some workaround to fix that MMF2 focus bug, but I won't fix it as the game is just something I spent two hours on for fun :D

The word is really badly posisioned there in the top-right corner. Fraps overlaps it. (I always have fraps running, but now I have to disable it)

EDIT: Luckily, I finished it. X)

Nice game actually.

I'm still wondering if this has anything to do with Launch (http://www.mojang.com/bigjam/launch/). They were both released roughly at the same time, they both involve typing, and they both involve the Courier New font in green on a black background, and they're both evil.

...then again, I'm most likely just going crazy here :crazy:

This reminds me of when my mate re-arranged all the letters on my keyboard and I had to type from memory...

Nice game, last level was very hard.

I actually figured out the eighth level pretty quickly.  I love games that activate the pleasure center in your brain when you complete puzzles and stuff.  Best feeling ever.

Okay, type had me going for a while, but I finally got it! However, I quit that Launch thing once it got to the 5th layer.  O_o
