I have a few questions, if anyone knows the answers:

I am missing 3 quests in Chapter 3 (first two in the first column, and 4th from the bottom in the second column). Anyone know where to find these? Perhaps they were only quests from Chapter 1?

Are you playing on PS? The PC version doesn't have a quest list, so I can't tell for sure, but I found what looks like a screenshot with two of the quests you are looking for. Looks like they are indeed quests from other chapter(s).
