Niya, do you have any restrictions on your windows account? If so, try running the game as Administrator.

Also, try extracting the game to C:\Saira (just to try and get it to work. Once it works, moving it elsewhere can be your next step)

Tried this, but sadly it has not made a difference.

Thanks Miss Paula.  The serial code is entered but still the same frozen start up screen :(  Can't be the computer because have tried 2.  Can't be Gamersgate because I tried from the other site that Nifflas gave me.  *scratches head*

I loaded game from site you gave me and also tried on my other computer which is a newer machine built for gaming and still the same.  It is frozen on that screen and cannot press enter or S.  Oddly I do not seem to have been asked for the serial code at any time.  O_o

OK thanks, will try that.  Also noticed that it says "The episode where Saira has bad luck with teleportation" on the screen with the menu.  Dunno if this means anything.

Saira / Saira won't start. :(

Hi,

I just bought Saira from Gamersgate and when I start it I get a white screen which says "Saira 1.1.1. non portable demo" then it goes to a game menu but is frozen so nothing can be selected.

This is the first time I have purchased from Gamersgate so I could be missing something simple.  Any ideas?
