Well i was digging through the old WaDF2 thread, and i found the tileset i made for PYP to showcase my skills.

It's got lots of space, so any thoughts/suggestions?
Comments too please!

I love the broken glass, and such, i think if you continue it, maybe make a broken building and such, but otherwise it's great.

Maybe some old-times furniture?
-
Cobwebs? Insulation foam? A dumbwaiter?
-
The lamp and stairs stick out somewhat because they're the only things with a black outline. :/ Other than that, the tileset is pretty good. Maybe you could add the other side of the stairs?

Thanks for the comments!
I'll see what i can do.

I think it could use a lot more missing brick patterns, See Arcturus' No Where tileset, it's default 155. Stairs going the other way might be useful. A second color scheme would fill a good chunk of your empty space.
I have a concern about the stairs. Can Juni climb them or does she get stuck on the overhanging treads? I don't like getting tripped up by little protrusions. You could add some nearly transparent pixels to keep the game play smooth while retaining the realistic design of the stairs.

You're referring to the way she can't run up the stairs like she could a diagonal ground, right?

I think he meant the pixels i highlighted red in the attachment may stop juni from just climbing the steps

@ Purple Pineapple: Firecat has it right. Ideally, one could climb the stairs by holding right+up (assuming one has the climb power.)

Ah that's what I thought at first. Remember, though that Juni is almost 3/4 the height of one tile, whereas those steps are half. The only thing I could se going wrong is the climb checker missing the step.

I actually tested the stairs. They work great. My concerns were unfounded.

Nice tileset, and I like the stairs a lot. Yeah, do more building stuff. I'd like to see how this turns out.
