Title: [Puzzle][Very Hard] The Puzzle Room (ov death) (Compo Entry)

Here is my addition to the one-room-puzzle-level-competition.

It is a level where you have to use your mind. You have to think. A lot. I estimate it to take 20 minutes or so finishing it.

If you have been trying for 20 minutes and still haven't finished the level, here's a tip:

very nice... i've always been better at logical puzzles than timing and reflex type stuff lolz... so this didn't take me very long... good job :)

That was weird. I beat the level, but pretty much by randomly doing stuff.

I had no idea whatsoever about the code. Even though I studied mathematics for 5 years at university, I was always bad at this sort of thing for some reason. But my university experience paid off anyhow: I guessed that the code would go [1] [something] [5], so I just cycled through the middle button's values and got out that way. Hee hee :nuts: :nuts: What is the logic behind the signs, anyway?

the two hints in the black squares were "2+2=5" and "9+3=15"... then the last one was 50+50=?... the difference between the logical answer and the answer in the hints (in both the 1st and 2nd hint... later on the same in the last hint) was 1.25 (2+2=is 4... so 5 divided by 4 which equals 1.25... and 9+3=is 12... so 15/12=1.25) so after a little algebra... u figure the answer is 150... hope i explained that well... im pretty bad at explaining math :|

It's simple, really. The formula is 9+3=12+(12/4) or 2+2=4+(4/4)
which means:
NUMBER+NUMBER=ANSWER+(ANSWER/4)

Well, given the constricted nature of the competition, I'd say this was a very good level. The logic puzzle was a nice touch; I don't see very many of those in KS levels. Most people think "puzzle" means "go and get something from point A and bring it to point B."

Well, looki-looki, what have we got here?

I have only a vague sense of memory connecting this level to my neurons.

I had to download it and play.

It was fun, I understood nada.

Younger Klämrisk was appearantly more clever than older Klämrisk. Before the decay started.
