Hello there!
I will show you my new knytt stories level named "The Tower of Lightning" (That's working title). It will be a challenge level, and the goal is simple - get to the top of tower. Sometimes you'll have to leave the tower to get power up (Like climbing, or umbrella). Then come back and continue quest ;) It's probably all on my part. Grab screenshots and see you soon.
Update: It's finished ;) (http://nifflas.lpchip.nl/index.php?topic=5537.msg58959#msg58959)

Looks good, except for those missing corners in the second and forth screenshots.
-
I know, but there are no corners in this tileset :moody:
-
Yeah, I got sick of that tileset eventually. One time I tried to make a second set to go with it, but eventually ended up re-inventing it altogether.
Then I reinvented my reinvention when I came to use it in one of my levels. If you're interested, I've attached it below, with some examples of use. It's not brilliant, I admit, and it's a bit of a pain to use, but you could consider it if the corners bother you.
The screens look pretty good for a first level, though your difficulty might be higher than 'normal'. The third of your screenshots looks harder than normal. It's a hard thing to judge on your first go. ;)
-
Heh, thanks for positive rating C). As for difficulty, for me it is normal  Thank you also for the tileset (Though probably I will not use it). I'm thinking about doing an improved version of the castle tileset with corners and more...

Welcome back 8D! Recently I worked at expanded edition of "Tale of Two Castles"(I added things like corners, or pillars), and now I can make much prettier screens like this:
-
You might want to make the pattern on your new tiles line up properly...
-
Phew! I just finished ToLT 1.1 (Trap of Lightning Tileset 1.1). I decided, that it will be able to download after release of my level. I recall, that author of original tileset is Michael Vendittelli. Here is screen that uses ToLT 1.1:
-
There's screen from my level, that I made today. Hmmm... I must add more background...
-
Ah, good job there using the red stone to show where the pop-out spikes appear - they can be really annoying if used to surprise the player, so doing them like that is a really good idea. Though the screen looks harder than normal - I think I could manage it, but I'm particularly good at umbrella puzzles.

Hello! 8) Good news. I'm working very hard, but this level is almost finished. Now I'm making cutscenes and a bonus ending (Yeach! Spoiler...). Grab this screenshot and see you later.
-
Glad to hear this is near completion! Good luck with those cutscenes!

I have a problem. I'm making the ending custscene and I wat to change the music in "page" 7 (I have 10 "pages in ending"). I don't know how to do that. I can only change the music for all "pages". Help me please! I also will need betatesters, but first I must fix the ending. Again: HELP ME.
This post is outdated.
-
There isn't a way to change the music during a cutscene, but you can break it into 2 cutscenes. Create a totally white room on the map. Use a Shift to start the first part, pages 1 to 6. Have the Shift move the player to the white room. Place Win tiles in the white room so the second scene, pages 7 to 10, starts immediately.

Thanks Egomassive! But I did it somehow ;).
