Yeah, im alive. :moody:
I just want to know what x, y, I have to use for cutscenes.
like: To fill up the screen my picture must be how big? :^^:
EDIT: Dose anyone know how i can take screens of knytt stories?
-
600x240.
-
x = 600
y = 240?
-
Yes. ;)
-
Width = 600, height = 240, actually, but that's just semantics. :P
-
thanks

A fun thing is that You dont need to have 600x240, you can have it any size, just that if it's smaller the missing pixels will go white when playing the cutscene.
-
I don't really see how that's "fun."
-
Fun as in interesting.

Dose anyone know how i can take screens of knytt stories?

I think the Knytt Stories section of the [faq] can help you with that.

Its all discolered in paint!
Help?
EDIT: In photoshop its fine...

You answered your own question there, I believe. Don't use Paint.
More specifically: if you try to save an image in a format that isn't 24-bit or higher, then MS Paint will use its default and incomplete palette for it, and do very, very bad dithering. Saving anything in such a format will nearly guarantee that it will look very bad - discolored, as you say.
Furthermore, some versions of Paint will apparently reduce the brightness of an image a little every time they save it. Sounds nasty to me.
In any case, you should save the screenshot as a PNG. It will give it a small filesize and not suffer the horrible abominations that are color reduction and JPEG compression - two things that, I should add, Paint does a very, very bad job of.
