Title: Are me should ask before WaDF2 music usage for unrelated something?

I've been wanting to make a custom SMBX (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/SuperMarioBrosX) episode, and i've decided to use two songs from WaDF2 (at least i think they're from WaDF2) for certain parts. Am i supposed to do something like ask for permission first to not get the death sentence?
