Just a question. because there are no threads or posts here...
-
Yeah, it just seems so self explanatory, and there isn't any real need to discuss anything on it (I don't think anyone's found a cheat like in Car Game, or anything).
-
the game is really simple, but quite fun.
it's a wonder if anyone will make a mod..
-
I can usually beat it in the first few tries now...
I like the concept but wish there was more.
-
An XH mod would be amusing...
-
I really want to make something like that. If I could only get my hands on the source..
-
It would be hilarious to see!
-
Interesting game. As music and graphic it reminds NES.
-
Yeah, the music is awsome.
Also, I just beat it on the FIRST TRY! C)p And this is only my second playthrough. Yay!
-
To be honest I don't really like GTF. The graphics and overall design are below what Nifflas is capable of now. (Though the music's okay.) The only reason anyone is playing the game now, years after it was made, is because of how good Nifflas's more recent stuff has been.
-
It is really nice and fun game, but too short.
-
Unfortunately, it doesn't look like it was ever released. (http://niffpage.greywool.com/files/Sources/)
So, maybe Nifflas add some levels in this game, I hope. ;)
-
:O woah didnt expect anyone to reply to this
now we have a disscusion :)

Geoffrey
GEOFFREY IS ACTUALLY A NAME!
I wish I could make a mod, but I dont have mmf
-
Yes, Geoffrey is a name. And I don't think the source was ever made public, so a mod would be impossible unless you recreate it from scratch. (I think.)

probably correct, unless it's possible to disassemble...???
-
If you show on my signature, you can see it :gtf:

The graphics or the music is not even close to what a game on the NES would have, its very different.
And I play GTF sometimes, not so often but its fun and dont waste any time.
-
The music is composed by Zepsi using an actual real NES with a midines (http://www.wayfar.net/0xf00000_overview.php) cartridge, so the music is as close as it can be.

cool! :D
anyway, I like the fact that the main character is a fly. :)

I love this game.

What do you mean? This game is exactly what Nifflas is capable of. He wanted this to be like an old game, so if you blew up he graphics onto a TV it would be exactly like an NES game. I agree with Dib, it does have a strange charm.

Erm..

Erm..
Like I said, because this is exactly what he was going for with this game, to make it look like it was on the NES.
-
I was saying it could be mal-interpreted as "Nifflas is only as good as old NES-type graphics."
-
Oh. Well I meant that Nifflas is capable of getting what he was going for in the beginning, and then some. He wanted to make it be like NES, and that's what he ended up with.
-
Even though you guys aren't really making this game sound that great I'd still like to try it out sooner or later... where can I get it at?
-
By the way: If you look (moderately) closely, you can find a download link for every released game in its respective description! ;)
