Title: Does anyone know who made those gradients ?

Hi !
Does anyone know who made those gradients ? I know they come from wadf, but who turned them into KS gradients ?
I found them in level Great art, in part built by dynamite.
I wish to use them in my next level.

since they are technically rips from a nifflas game, I don't think you would need permission from the person who ripped them...
But I am not sure
