I know two ways :
•Remember that you can use two green powers in the same flight
•There is a blue power ball near the Utopioca place, on the top of the map
I wonder, is it possible to do it with only the green powerups? I was never able to make it.
Of course it is, I do the both.
You have to be fast and stay far from the water at the end
The trick is to grab it twice, and activate it as late as possible (as ball)
The monster will only electify if you are close enough, so you can do one bounce in the water before you activate the powerup.
Wait, I think I'm mixing 2 different ways using the green orb now... :P
Somehow the thought of using the green powerup twice (let alone using the blue one) didn't cross my mind the first time I went there. So I did it using the green powerup just once. I took the powerup and bounced past the first robot, that was tricky. Then I activated it at some point and had enough time get to a safe spot, that's how I remember it.

You just have to bounce and activate the powerup before hitting the water when its electified. But its much easier to just grab the powerup twice. That way you can just fly past him, then up so you have much time. When I used the powerup twice, I was able to float a few seconds above the ground where I would land so you have plenty of time if you do it right by reusing the powerup.
