a level I have been working on for a loong time now i started about 2 years ago, lost interest, picked it up yesterday and now its complete :D basically you were captured on a big boat and meet up with a guy and the story ensues from that point (i dont want to spoil anything :3) so anyways enjoy playing it :P2

it appears theres some problems witht he level :/ i added the CO's in a zip file below download and extract in in the world folder (for the level ofcourse ;P)

It crashed KS :( After the intro, the KS window just disappeared...

i installed on a second copy of ks it works fine try playing it again xD

daaaang :/ ill recompress and add a CO zip file you;d have to extract it yourself (im hoping it is the CO's XD)
alright the zip file was added to the first post, download it and extract in the levels main folder (hopefully it'll work :/)

It's always the COs. Check to make sure you haven't neglected a line of ini code.

i just checked the ini settings nothing is off :/ have any of you tried reloading the level? or reinstaling it even...
Edit: it sems asthough hteres a bunch of co's missing XD the solution? download the zip file and extract to the world folder for mezzo rianna :P what a pain eh? :X

I've got speed,climb and eye powerups and yellow key, have talked to the bloody guy who says to meet him in the bar upstairs. I've been in there but can't jump up with out double or high jump to talk to him and get red key. I've searched everywhere for either high or dj powerup, or at least I think I have. Am I missing something or what?
POP Nvm. As soon as I went back to game I found what I needed just two screens away. That was tricksy! C)p

did u also replace the missing co's so that we wont have to unzip like the 1st time?

if you already unzipped the co's there shouldnt be a problem so long as you overwrite the file, the co file will stay there, dont uninstall the level just overwrite it, and dont delete the world files just... overwrite the file XD

you shouldn't be able to get to the upstairs one without getting... wow im confused now X), either way you have to look closely, its not the secret one i can guarentee that lol.

im not sure... which room is it? the only purple key you can keep is the one givin by the rebel :P2

4 bugs. I think I beat it.
The only real challenge was the last phase. The rest were just about pressing down. I beat him, though, and came out. Then, I pressed down on a building and it voided. :/

ahh thanks for posting those bugs :P i didn't even notice those, the boss was rather easy but it was just to say i had a CO boss about the secondary chamber its not rally a bug its basically hte second engine room, but there is a sticky shift there XD i'll fix those tomorro and update though :P2

Wow, lot's of posts this evening while I was gone. Got home and first thing I did was come back to this level!
I also had the disappearing...purple key problem. Also for the life of me can't find the blue key. Is it actually in the level or is that the last bug you were talking about that prevents the player from actually finishing the level? I came real close to "god" moding Juni through the blue key lock but I didn't.
This kind if level deserves "fair" play so I'm going to wait and not cheat.
Love it so far even with the bugs. lolz
BTW. Love the music with the quirky, cartoony, accordian and flute seafaring theme. Great choice.

ok in the level there are two purple keys, one the rebel gives the other is in a room with a slave washing the floor (im pretty sure) only the one the rebel gives you is the one you can keep if you cant then its a bug, you need to "look" for the blue key specifically windows ;P
there are a few bugs but if you downloaded the newest version there should be no bugs that intrude on the story progression
i will fix the small bugs/sges etc. (im bored and not tired at all XD)

Edit: I actually found one final huge bug that i am fixing now, you guys are soo close to the end though XD new link coming up soon...

lol sorry about that i needed to take off the eye power up in order to get into the boss room, and i made the shift sticky by accident, so i had to fix that too XD i also fixed the void at teh end so now you can actually se the ending :oops:
i didn't test the level thoroughly enough :/ so yeah now im done with it :D so everyone else can enjoy it :P2

Weird. Checked cookies. everything fine there. Went back to Mediafire. Clicked on "click here to start download" It then says "your download is starting" (it doesn't) then it says "processing download" (then nothing) then it's back to saying "click here to start download".
Like I said I downloaded your new level without a problem. I wonder if since I'm a freebie user they only allow limited downloads of each file per, say, a day?
I'll try again tomorrow.

Yeah, but even with all the problems it's a really good level. Good levels take a lot of work.
Just tried to dowload again....no go.
I noticed when I downloaded Break Time you had an album on that page. Clicked on it but the only file was for Break Time.
Anyway you can upload the file to KS level archive?

This is making me feel dumb but I can't find that power-up either. At the place where lamarblake and theiza27 had problems.
I have run, climb and ghost eye, as well as the yellow key. I gather I need to find something at the bar upstairs, two screens east of where the red key is. Is this right? If so, does anyone have a hint or two?
Level look cool so far, I'm eager to see where the story goes.
EDIT: I don't feel dumb anymore. I found it and finished the level. I like the concept of being on a huge ship, really cool. And the music was awesome. Some things I didn't like so much:
Why hide all that important stuff behind "invisible" doors? It got tedious after the first one.
Also, I'm not sure I got what was going on. What was that knight doing next to the engine room? Who was that? What happened to the red rebel? This might just be me being stupid, though, sorry if that's the case.
All in all, I enjoyed playing. I was a good level with an unusual setting. Thanks Emeraldfire.

Okay, help me out. (I'm reeeeaaaaallly busy today, but I like to play KS in five-minute bursts in between the periods of tying my brain into knots to come up with stuff prospective employers may want to know about me, and the level I'm currently playing in these five-minute bursts is Mezzo Rianna.)
From the last comments in this thread I gather that the keys I'm looking for (blue/purple) are probably hidden behind invisible doors somewhere. I did find the door behind the beer painting in the bar, but, honestly, I don't really want to jump-and-press-down in every single square of every screen of the entire level to find the other hidden doors. So, somebody feel like telling me which screens/rooms they're in - and perhaps even where, roughly, in those screens/rooms they are? That would save me so much time/patience...

i was surprised to see someone else post in this topic XD i can help you but unfortunately i've lost my "map" of Mezzo rianna my mental one that is,
the beer picture is actually animated so you can sortof see it changing, the other door is probably in a window with wood behind it so just check the windows :D
