Kyntt is my favourite game back home on my windows computer.
But i am traveling norway and i only have a little Ubuntu linux laptop. Does anyone know if any niffla games or similiar games would work on this thing?

Yes, most Nifflas games should run fine (except Saira, as of now) with Wine (http://www.winehq.org/). Knytt itself should run fine without any changes, but Knytt Stories will need msvcp60.dll (google it) placed inside ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32 to work properly.

Also, the .bin files (for custom levels) will need to be extracted manually.

http://madewokherd.nfshost.com/unknytt.tar.gz

Extract that to your Knytt Stories/Worlds directory, then navigate to that directory with the terminal, and run the command python unknytt.py “filename” (where filename is the name of the bin you want decompressed.  You may have to remove spaces from its filename, which is fine.)

EDIT: Also, the .bin file itself will have to be in that directory, of course.
