Great Mod, egomassive !

I'm going to use it to remake my level LG-28.

Having problems with collecting objects though(even though there are so many ways).Or had problems actually, but let me explain.

I'm trying to replicate the Knytt scenario, where I need many different(in appearance) objects to win.And they must be obtainable in any order.

The most appealing(for the eyes) way I found was to change all 4 keys into 4 different sprites for my liking.I also had to change their appropriate sprites in the Item Bar, so you can see which of the 4 objects the player is missing like in Knytt.I realize I could possibly use the Golden creatures, but their Item Bar sprite can't be changed and I need to make objects very specific  to my level anyway.

But the problem with that is I don't want them to unlock locks, but let the player warp to the screen with the WIN tile.
Sadly the only way I could wrap my mind around that was to use 3 flags and the ALL flag code, which still leaves 1 key to be left out.
Somehow it is possible to use all four.I remember you did some crazy stuff in Shipwrecked.Still can't get my head around that and I've already gone with a different option, although it would be wonderful if people could make Knytt style levels.

So...I went with the Artifacts route(writing this I actually think about going with Coins XD).Sadly I can't have 4 different sprites this way, but I'm willing to sacrifice that for easier implemenation.

A very minor mistake I noticed - 42nd Coin object is missing a pixel. :)

Played through this.(have not been playing much levels lately)

Very thought out level.

I liked how the keys were visible, so I didn't have to guess where they were.Had to cheat for the last one though.

Definitely going to keep it my in my list of great levels.

-Monocromattica Grotta(B-Man) - Very good gameplay.It's fun to play even after the first time.Only level I've played just because it was fun.
-Sohe and the Rrokked(BaronCid & Old_Gil) - Very atmospheric world.The rocketship and the logbook are amazing.Only level where I really want to read.
-Night SE(Chezzy) - It's limbo time ! Good use of a concept
-Fossil(Dessgeega) - Great gameplay supported by fitting graphics.
-The Oubliette(Dessgeega) - Great gameplay again
-Torchlight(Dessgeega) - Great concept and gameplay AGAIN.Not a big fan of the beginning though.Doesn't fit in with the rest.
-Under the Crack(Dessgeega) - Best complete level for Knytt Stories for me.Simple works.Love the colours.Love that is had a good icon, good intro screen and simple start and end screens.
-Shipwrecked(egomassive) - Good use of shifts.Love the first days.Fighting static pirates is not my thing though.
-Uthoha(Elder) - Like the colours and that it reminds me a bit of Knytt
-Ascension(Farik) - Love the simple, but eyecatching colours and the difficulty does not make the game frustrating.Also a complete level.
-Camping(Farik) - Good concept.
-Deserter Life(Farik) - Short, but it offers some eyecandy.
-HomelandBETA(Farik) and Sputzna(Farik) - Although this whole epic theme that he has going is not really my style, I still get sucked into the world.Love it.
-The Hunt(Farik) - Really like the pacing in this one.And that is has some very imagintive creatures.
-Temple of the Sun(Fegon) - Again it's simple, it doesn't overuse a billion different colours.
-Knytt 8bits(Jerom) - Very good concept.Love the grayscale.Although it is a bit glitchy and I did get stuck.
-Apeture Science(Raicuparta) - Great tribute.
-Chasm(Sergio Cornaga) - Love the warm tones.I really wanted to explore every bit of this level.Very enjoyable.
-Petals of a Dying Flower(Talps) - Simple colours and good gameplay.
-Starlight(Vonicles92) - Everything fits so well in this playground level.Soothing.
-SplitMind(Jigganis) - Awesome use of the old tilesets.

How hard is this level suppose to be anyway ?

I'm currently stuck(unrelated to the difficulty), but the dark forest was quite hard in a random kind of way.

Damn it now I'm frustrated again to continue work on my own environmental level.I need people to make crap so my own level can look better.

I have the exact same problem.

Using Xp service pack 3, GTS 8800 512mb.Drivers from march the 3rd.
3.25 G RAM.

What's weird is that I never had this problem before.I played the game fine a few month(s?) ago.It must have been some update that changed it.

And Psychedelic Adventure - can't find a download link, it should be in the archive, but then again it might not be a good level by your standards.Don't like it myself either any more.


I took a 2 year break from this game, but I'm back now to make another level.I'm also thinking of updating the LG-28 level too.Some COs suck in that one.

Are you sure you downloaded thw latest version, because I didn't find those.

Sorry I guess and for the music steal.

It's hard to find good music for Knytt Stories.The only ones, that fit are made by those,who helped with Knytt and Knytt Stories.

I originally planned to put Nurykabe's music in, but his songs ended too sudden, like they were cut and I don't know how to edit music.
